High speed punch, each size using 2 dimensional measurement, automatic pin insertion, bending, pressing integrated mechanization process.

Product detection using CCD automatic detection machine, automatic screening machine, 180 degree detection of product appearance and size.

Electroplating thickness using film thickness tester, each batch of materials for salt spray test, tin effect test.
Product plug and pull force using tension tester, conduction test using digital bridge, resistance tester, automatic plug and pull life tester. The packaging adopts automatic, semi-automatic, hot pressing, cold pressing packaging.
CCD is used to check the effect of each product.

Shipment can be accompanied by shipment inspection report, FAI full size measurement report, CPK test report and film thickness test report.
